Welcome to the website (the Site) of the International Propeller Club of the United States, Port of Varna (the Club).

The Club respects the privacy of its members and other visitors to its Site. As a protection, the Club implemented below policy, terms of use and disclaimer which assures that information provided online is used responsibly and appropriately.

Collection and Use of Information

All information collected on this site becomes the exclusively property of the Club. It is used exclusively to help us better serve our members. Our general policy is to collect and store only personal information that our members and visitors knowingly provide. This information will not be sold, shared or rented or in any other manner used or disposed of to others in ways other than those disclosed in this statement. When you apply for a membership to our Club, you give us certain limited information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, industry field/business, company name, position, CV and any other information you may share with us. Becoming a member, you authorize your contact details and a brief bio information to be available to the members of the Club on the Site. To gain access to members-only resources on the Site you must be an active registered member to the Club.

The Club does not collect any personal information from users browsing the Site. Only aggregate data - such as the number of hits per page – might be collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.

The Site may contain links to other sites. The Club is not privy to, has no control over nor responsible for the privacy practices, policies and content of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy policies of these websites. This privacy statement applies solely to the information collected by this website.

Membership

You are encouraged to review the Site’s section “Become a Member” and forward your application in accordance with the instructions posted on that portion of the Site. The Club exercises reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of applications; however, the Club has no control over the transmission of e-mailed communications before it is received and bear no obligation and shall incur no liability with respect to such transmissions. The Club also makes member contact information available through the Stie’s Members Directory to other members using the Site.

All the information of this Site is published in good faith. Any content, information or software downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk. For the purposes of the current Bulgarian and EU legislation the Club must store, host and otherwise process the information (including personal data) supplied by the User when applying for Club membership.
